ORGANISATIONAL TRAININGS

Tauiwi Tautoko trainings for organisations and groups can support those tauiwi in your work context who are committed to Te Tiriti and to taking action to address anti-Māori racism in your work context. Over a half- or full-day workshop, our experienced facilitators introduce participants to Tauiwi Tautoko's evidence-based approach to challenging racism in conversation, tailored to your needs and goals, with opportunities to practise in real-time and benefit from feedback.

These trainings are priced on a sliding scale according to your organisation, and any revenue helps us provide our free community trainings.

What does your organisation do?

This training and practice is specifically for tauiwi (non-Māori) to address anti-Māori racism from our own people, but within the tauiwi community we have profound differences in experiences of racism. How many of your group are tauiwi Pākehā, tauiwi of the Global Majority (tauiwi of colour), tauiwi Pasifika, tāngata whenua?

This training is a 'next step' for those congizant of racism in Aotearoa and Te Tiriti. What prior training or knowledge in these precursors does your group have?
